It was founded in 1990 by Alexander Grecu, a disciple of Constantine Raikin, the well – known producer of Satiricon Theatre from Russia.
It is a theatre of a modern fashion – it professes an exciting script, mostly satire and humor, organically combined with dance, songs and outstanding body expression.

In Ukraine (June, 2008, Kyiv) played the performance Before an After the Flight by Dumitru Crudu.

In Greece (June, 2006, Thessaloniki, Athens) played the performance Carmen by Prosper Merimee.

In Spain (December, 2003, Barcelona) played the performances Carmen by Prosper Merimee and Metamorphoses by Ovidius.

In Germany (October 2003, Homberg/Ohm) played the performances Carmen by Prosper Merimee and Pacala and Tandala (folklore for children).

In Bulgaria(September 2002, Vidin) played A lost letter by I.L.Caragiale.

In Bulgaria(September 2001, Vidin) played Master and Margaret by M.Bulgakov.

In Romania(September 2001, Giurgiu) took part for the third time in the Festival of Valach Theater with the play Carmen by P.Merimee.

In Bulgaria(October 2000, Vidin) played Metamorphoses by Ovidius. 

In Romania(September 2000, Giurgiu) took part for the second time in the Festival of Valach Theatre with Metamorphoses by Ovidius.

In Ukraine(July 2000, Kerci) took part in the International Festival of Antique Theatre the Agonalae of Bosphorus with the play Metamorphoses by Ovidius.

In Romania(1999, Giurgiu) took part in the International Festival of Valach Theatre with the show Beethoven Plays a Gun by M.M.Ionescu.

In Iraq(October 1998, Baghdad, Babylon) took part in the International Festival in Babylon, Baghdad and the surrounding towns with the plays Ciuleadra by L.Rebreanu and Satiricus Show.

In France(July 1997, Grenoble) took part in the Festival of European Theatre with the play Le Marriage Force by Moliere.

In France(October 1996, Paris) staged in absolute premiere the musical Ciuleandra by L.Rebreanu and the ballet comedy Le Marriage Force by Moliere.

In Hungary(April 1996, Budapest) played Le Marriage Force by Moliere.

In Sweden(March-April 1996, Stockholm) the theatre took part at the Festival La Jeunesse du Monde en Avant de 21 Siecle with the plays Le Marriage Force by Moliere, Beethoven Plays a Gun by M.M.Ionescu and  Moliere by M.Bulgakov.

United States of America(May-June, 1995, New York and Bridgeport) the first tour did by a Moldovan theatre in USA. Played in absolute premiere the performance Beethoven Plays a Gun by M.M.Ionescu
